Tianda Group originated in Tianchang and has its roots in Tianchang. In recent years, after Tianda Copper 250,000 tons of precision copper processing project and Tianda Petrochemical 300,000 tons of polypropylene project started operation, Tianda New Energy was born to meet the national goal of achieving double carbon. Tianda New Energy is located in Chuzhou High-tech Zone, Tianchang City, focusing on the research and development, production and sales of photovoltaic modules and photovoltaic power generation systems. The first phase of the PV module production project covers an area of nearly 230 mu, which will be put into operation while under construction, and is expected to achieve 5GW annual production capacity and mass production in 2023.

Tianda New Energy introduces professional talents in R&D, production, technology and sales from head enterprises in the industry, uses international advanced automatic production lines and high-end equipment, and uses large-size high-efficiency cells such as 182mm and 210mm as a guide for mainstream market demand, providing mainstream specification products to meet various application scenarios, with several technical advantages:
1. Half-sheet technology: With half-sheet cell technology, it not only has higher conversion efficiency, but also has lower rated operating temperature (NOCT). Compared with the full-cell module, the working temperature of half-cell module is 2-3℃ lower, while its hot spot temperature is 10-20℃ lower than the full-cell module. In addition, half-cell modules also have lower shadow shading loss.
2. Multi-grid technology: With MBB cell technology, the conversion efficiency of the cell can be improved, and at the same time, the impact of broken grids and hidden cracks on the module performance is reduced. The cell is designed with circular weld strips, and the IAM performance is better than conventional flat weld strips when the light is obliquely incident. And more main grids with smaller diameter round tape design, can reduce the impact of stress, can effectively improve the module's high and low temperature resistance and mechanical load performance.
3. White EVA application technology: The use of white EVA for the lower encapsulation material of the module can effectively improve the reflection of the cell spacing and string spacing light in the module, thus enhancing the sunlight utilization and increasing the module power. In general, the relative conversion efficiency of single-glass module with white EVA can be increased by 0.5%-0.7%, and the relative conversion efficiency of double-glass module with white EVA can be increased by about 1%-1.2%. In addition, white EVA can also effectively block ultraviolet rays and play a protective role for the backplane, thus improving the reliability of the formation.
4. plate interconnection technology: plate interconnection components, also known as high-density components, through innovative design ideas, on the basis of conventional processes, the gap between the component cells compressed to the extreme, to achieve efficient use of space components, and at the same time, through the improvement of the use of the battery, more optimized components working temperature, improve the ability to resist hot spots, so that the components have high conversion efficiency, high reliability and other superior features. The development of PV modules is a continuous process of pursuing manufacturing cost reduction, efficiency and efficiency, while continuing to work hard for customers' power generation revenue improvement, and improving performance indicators has reached a bottleneck, from "string" to "plate", from "This is the inevitable trend of development.
5. non-destructive cutting: Compared with the traditional laser melting cutting, non-destructive cutting uses continuous laser to heat the cell and assisted by atomization cooling, forming a temperature gradient which causes thermal stress leading to cracking of the cell. This cutting method can not only effectively reduce the micro-crack at the cell cutting mouth, enhance the parallel resistance of the cell, effectively reduce the leakage current, and the cutting surface is very smooth, and the mechanical strength of the cut cell is close to that of the uncut cell.
6. Other optimization technologies: The following optimization of module process and materials improve the conversion efficiency and reliability of the module. Adopt high-transmission glass to increase the light transmission rate and improve the weather resistance of the module. Optimize adhesive film and backsheet to improve module power and reliability. Optimize cell cutting process to reduce laser damage and improve product reliability. Select TOPCon cells to improve module conversion efficiency. Optional innovative rail bezel design for smaller module weight, easier installation and better mechanical load performance.
